Audio Equipment Ecosystem

Authorized distributor of leading global audio equipment brands: TOA, Bosch, JBL, Bose, Yamaha.

Zone Speaker System

Invisible ceiling speakers for plasterboard installation, wall-mounted box speakers, and IP65 waterproof horn speakers for outdoor use.

Amplifiers, Mixers & Zone Dividers

The high-power amplifier, with a standard 100V/70V output, allows for speaker wiring over kilometers without signal loss. The zone divider enables different music playback in separate areas.

Announcement & Conference Microphones

Gooseneck microphone for the podium, stable UHF wireless microphone, zone-selecting announcement microphone for the reception desk (broadcasts announcements only to a specific floor).

Digital Signal Processing Unit (DSP)

Digital mixers, equalizers, and feedback destroyers help refine the sound range, cutting out unpleasant frequencies that cause harshness, resulting in a clean and clear sound.

Design & Installation Process

Accurate from acoustic measurements to actual calibration.

Noise Survey & Measurement

Measure the actual floor noise level (dB). Determine the ceiling and wall materials (glass, plasterboard, wood) to calculate reverberation and select the appropriate speaker type (ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted).

Create a Partition Diagram

Design the speaker wiring diagram according to the high impedance principle (100V). Divide the area into independent zones (e.g., indoor zone, outdoor zone) to control the volume separately.

Wiring and Speaker Installation

Use specialized audio cables with a shielded zinc coating to prevent interference. Precisely cut holes in the drywall ceiling, mount the speakers aesthetically, and connect the cables to the central control panel.

Tuning & Handover

Use frequency response measurement (RTA) software to cut out excess frequencies causing background hum. Instruct customers on amplifier usage, zone splitting, and Bluetooth/USB connections.

Space Optimization

Space Optimization

Each space has a different level of reverb and background noise, requiring individual adjustments.

Restaurants, Cafes & Spas

Use ceiling speakers with a power of 6W-15W, evenly distributed at a distance of 4-5 meters per speaker. The sound is evenly distributed, gentle, and does not interrupt customers' conversations.

Factories & Industrial Parks

Use 30W-50W horn loudspeakers to overcome the noise of machinery. Divide the sound into zones: Office area (background music), Production workshop area (announcements + work time bell).

Supermarkets & Retail Stores

Combined system: It plays background music to stimulate shopping and has zone-selecting microphones at the checkout counter to broadcast announcements about missing family members or vehicles blocking the way.

Schools & Hospitals

The system automatically plays class/work time bells according to a schedule. Patient names are clearly called out in the examination room, using both hallway box speakers and ceiling speakers in the patient rooms.

The Difference Between Home and Commercial Audio

The Difference Between Home and Commercial Audio

Why shouldn't you use home karaoke amplifiers and speakers in a cafe?

01

Wiring Principles (Impedance)

Home speakers (low impedance 4-8 Ohm) can only be connected in series with 2-4 speakers, and cables longer than 30m will cause sound loss. Commercial speakers (high impedance 100V) allow connecting hundreds of speakers in series, with cables running for kilometers.

02

Uniform Sound Coverage

Installing two large speakers in the corner of the cafe will deafen customers sitting nearby, while those further away will hear nothing. A commercial solution is to divide the sound into multiple low-power (ceiling) speakers to evenly distribute the sound throughout the space.

03

Zoning Capabilities

Commercial audio systems allow for amplifiers to be divided into multiple zones: indoors for listening to jazz music at a low volume, and outdoors for listening to acoustic music at a higher volume.

04

Issue Priority Notifications

In case of fire or when an announcement is needed, the system automatically 'Mute' the background music to prioritize the sound from the microphone, something that home amplifiers cannot do.

05

Operating Continuously 24/7

Commercial amplifiers and speakers (TOA, Bosch) have large heat sinks, designed to play music continuously day and night for many years without overheating or distortion.

Useful Acoustic Knowledge

Useful Acoustic Knowledge

Things you need to know to get the best sound system.

Do ceiling speakers have bass?

Ceiling speakers for announcements typically only have a mid-range (vocal) speaker for clear sound. However, high-end ceiling speakers for music (such as JBL Control, Bose FreeSpace) are equipped with woofers and resonance chambers, delivering extremely warm and deep bass.

How to Calculate Amplifier Power for 100V Speakers

Unlike home amplifiers, with a 100V PA system, the total amplifier power only needs to be greater than or equal to (>=) the total power of all the speakers combined. For example: If you have 10 speakers x 6W = 60W, you only need to buy an amplifier with a power of 60W or 120W for the system to work perfectly.

Addressing Microphone Feedback (Feedback)

Feedback occurs when sound from the speakers accidentally leaks back into the microphone, creating a feedback loop. Solution: Avoid pointing the microphone directly at the speakers, reduce the high (treble) frequency on the mixer, or install a digital feedback suppressor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to frequently asked questions regarding the installation of public address and background music systems.

Ceiling speakers CANNOT be installed because they require drilling holes in the drywall ceiling. The solution for bare concrete ceilings is to use Wall Speakers or Pendant Speakers, which hang like pendant lights, creating a very aesthetically pleasing effect.

You need to use a Matrix Amplifier or multiple independent amplifiers. This device allows you to supply three different music sources (from three phones/computers) and route them independently to each floor.

Most modern commercial amplifiers (such as OBT, Pearller) have built-in decoders that support Bluetooth connectivity from phones, direct music playback from memory cards, USB drives, or even FM radio.

Absolutely. We will configure a Weekly Timer. You just need to copy the MP3 file to the device, set the schedule, and the system will automatically activate the amplifier and play music at the correct time in a weekly loop.

It's possible to use electrical wires to make the speakers work, but WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Electrical wires without shielding can easily cause hissing or crackling sounds when run parallel to a 220V power line. It's recommended to use dedicated 2x1.0 or 2x1.5 audio cables.

In a factory with a lot of machinery, you absolutely must use Horn Speakers. These speakers aren't for listening to music, but their horn-like design helps project mid-high frequency sounds over long distances, piercing through all the background noise.

This is a sign of amplifier protection circuit overload due to: 1) Connecting speakers with unsuitable impedance (e.g., connecting 4-ohm speakers to a 100V port); 2) A short circuit in the speaker wires somewhere along the way; 3) The number of speakers exceeds the amplifier's actual power capacity.

We offer a range of outdoor column speakers, rock-effect speakers, or compression speakers with IP65 or IP66 water and dust resistance ratings. These speakers can withstand direct rain and intense sunlight without damage.
